Any type of commission that violates these terms shall be canceled. I have the right to refuse commissions without explaining myself.
Due to the time I put into the work and the time it takes to hone my craft, the prices will rise every so often. Please refer to my new prices if you would like a commission.
To confirm your order, I do require the full payment before getting started. You can ask for a refund only before I start.
Payment via Paypal or Wire Transfer but I'd be happy to discuss if you prefer to pay with another method.You will get a preview of every step : thumbnails, sketch, colors, rendering, ...
Please be here to validate each step so I can keep going. If any edit has to be made, be the more precise possible in your feedback because I will only accept 2-3 reviews per step. I will never go to the next step before your permission so I am sure you are satisfied with what you have ordered.After a step has been validated by the commisionner, no revision about this step will be accepted.On the final stage, I will allow some minor changes only.In order to reserve your slot, I require you to use this Commission Form ! You are welcome to email me ([email protected]) to clarify questions but I will accept commissions from this form only.All information must be present in the Commission Form for me to reserve your slot or else it will be deleted. You can reserve up to four (4) individual characters OR one group piece of up to ten (10) characters PER PERSON at a time. If I see that a form has attempted to reserve more than four individual characters or a group piece with more than ten characters, they will be asked to remove characters to fit the rules.I work on a first-come-first-serve basis regardless on what the commission type is. When I confirm your slot (via email) I will inform you on your slot number (ex: Slot #2) and ask for the full payment. I will also send you a courtesy email when I am beginning your initial sketches so that you are aware of where I am in the process.Specific deadlines should be mentioned if one needs an artwork on a specific date. There will be added fees in this case.
The commissioner will get the file (.jpg) of the artwork in the best HD possible, and will have the right to ask for the timelapse (Procreate/CSP timelapse).
If other type of file is wanted (ex : .png, .psd*), the commissioner will have to ask for it.
The commissioner will be able to do whatever they want with the final artwork such as printing it, sharing and posting it, as long as they credit the artist Zelyphia.The commissioned artwork has to be for personal use only.
A fee of 50% of the commission price will be added for any commercial use. Please notify me if you are in this case.*I don't usually provide any PSD files. If you need them, we will have to discuss about it.All the rights to the artwork belong to the artist/creator Zelyphia and can not be redistributed by the commissioner or any party for monetary compensation without the authorization of the artist/creator. All work can not be shared or posted without full credit to the artist. Zelyphia reserves the right to sell prints of the commission, share the commission, or distribute the commission at any point after the commission is complete without notifying the commissioner. Please tell me if you specifically do not want me to share your commission, in case this is a present for someone. All sales are final. I reserve the right to decline any commission.
